About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial / Logistics Coordinator to support our import and cross-border logistics operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in Vietnamese and English, experienced in working with Saigon Hi-Tech Park, and comfortable coordinating across suppliers, forwarders, and clients to keep shipments moving on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory management.

• Prepare requisitions and purchase orders for materials imported into Vietnam.

• Conduct bid comparisons and support supplier negotiations.

• Liaise with Saigon Hi-Tech Park Free Trade Zone management.

• Coordinate with end clients on any special requirements needed to meet free trade zone regulations.

• Work with suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists).

• Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems.

• Monitor and control logistics costs.

• Assist with other commercial matters (contracts, payments, invoices, etc.).

Requirements

• Proven experience in import logistics and cross-border operations at Saigon Hi-Tech Park in Ho Chi Minh City.

• 5–10 years of logistics/supply chain experience, with a strong commercial background and cross-border supply experience.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, Commercial, or a related field.

• Familiarity with local project contracts and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is essential.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer

Role Description

• Responsible for overall power supply and distribution system calculation and design according to project and client specifications, and national codes, including but limited to High-Voltage and Low-Voltage system, lighting, lightning system and fire protection electrical system, etc.

• Responsible for concept electrical design research in the early project phase; formulating viable electrical design schemes in accordance with the client requirements and relevant specifications, conducting client communication reporting as well as overseeing the consolidation, analysis, and synthesis of electrical demand information;

• Lead the selection of electrical equipment, and compile detailed equipment technical parameters and specifications;

• Assist the purchasing department in equipment procurement, review suppliers' technical data, and participate in technical clarification;

• Leading and coordinating discipline interface;

• System shop drawing review & approve, technical submittal review & approval；

• Project site construction schedule, quality and safety coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in electric engineering and/or automation engineering major related；

• Over 8 years working experiences on electrical system design in consulting or engineering company；

• Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred.

• English working capability is mandatory and Chinese is preferred；

• Familiar with CAD software；

1、Responsible for all structure technical work, including concept and construction drawings design/coordination, tendering, on-site technical management, design change control and other work assigned by PM/DM.
2、Leading coordination with LDI, reviewing design drawing and following up the result.
3、Preparing technical tendering document, participating evaluation on technical proposal. Involved in cost estimation and control of structure.
4、Coordinating with other disciplines (construction, quality), lead technical solution of structure relevant issues. 

5、Completing or managing LDI to complete design change in time, involved in the evaluation of design change, controlling  major design change.

Requirements：
